MS:

A bachelor's degree in one of the following fields from an accredited institution with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA:

  • Construction
  • Civil Engineering
  • Architecture
  • Architectural Engineering
  • Landscape Architecture
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Facility Management

OR

A bachelor's degree in another field with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA a minimum of two years' experience in a related field. 

MRED:

  • A bachelor's degree in one of the following fields from an accredited institution with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA and no work experience in the real estate development industry.
    • Construction Management

OR
